Please arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled tour time for parking and check-in. You will undergo a mandatory safety briefing and induction prior to your scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in loss of booking.
(Example of timing for your tour) Your 1 hour safari is booked at 09.00am please aim to arrive no later than 08.15am. The safety induction will start at 08.15am, you will then have a practice ride and start your tour. You should be finished by 10.00am. We do our very best to run to a strict schedule however timings are always approximate due to group numbers or conditions.
All Jet Skis can be twin shared at no extra cost, so yes please bring a friend and share the fun!
If you bring a friend you can share the drive on the 1.5hr and 2.5hr tours only.
Please wear comfortable clothing such as shorts or t-shirt, singlet or rashie. You will go barefoot on the Jetski so shoes dont matter. Sunglasses are mandatory. If you have an expensive pair you do not want to risk losing, we sell very high quality, cheap pairs for $5.00 in the office.
16 years old is the age restriction to drive your own jet ski with parental consent, a 12- 15 year old can drive a jet ski with an adult on the back and there is a height restriction for passengers of 1.25mtrs usually a 7 year old or above is recommended.
We are afraid not, as a commercial operation you must FOLLOW in the lead guides white wash at all times. No where in NSW offers ‘dry hire’ due to insurance reasons. But in saying this, you set the pace, go as fast or as slow as you like! Our guides are purely there for safe navigation, because they know where all the underwater obstructions etc. are!
2 people with a combined weight of no more than 200kgs. This is for passenger comfort and safety.
We have an area where you can leave dry clothes, shoes, hats and bags.

Bookings are essential! We highly recommend making a reservation, we operate at set times due to the safety induction requirements. If there is no suitable time available on the website please do give the team a call on 0475 003 000 and we will try to assist you with this.
We do not recommend customers with back, neck or joint injuries to participate in jet skiing. Pregnant women are also not advised to jet ski. If you are unsure of health restrictions that may affect you please call our office and talk to the team.
We will only cancel a tour if the conditions are unsafe, in this instance we will offer a full refund or a re-schedule. Rest assured we watch the radar closely on an hourly basis as safety is our number one priority.
Depending on the season, you could possibly have a one on one tour or may very well be with several other ski's. We will operate with only one jet ski booked so no fear of us cancelling your reservation due to lack of numbers.
You set the pace! if you want to ride full throttle the whole way please do! We operate with multiple guides to cater for all speed levels on the water.
Yes we cater for beginners to advanced riders, you will complete a full safety induction and have a practice ride on the water before commencing your tour, we are confident that with our guides vast knowledge and experience we can get anyone jet skiing :-)

There is free 4P street parking around the Hawkesbury River Marina. If parking is limited due to peak season, there is additional parking up the hill from the Marina. Follow the one-way lane way up the hill where you will find a big open field with untimed parking.
If you pull a NO-SHOW, you forfiet your tour and/or any right to reschedule or request a refund.
