Frequently Asked Questions

Please arrive 1 hour before your scheduled tour time for check-in. All safety inductions start promptly at the scheduled times and cannot be delayed, late arrivals may result in loss of booking.

(Example of timing for your tour)  Your 1 hour safari schedule is at 09.00am  please aim to arrive no later than 08.00am. The safety induction will start at 08.00am,  you will then have a practice ride and start your tour. You should be finished by 10.00am. We do our very best to run to a strict schedule however timings are always approximate due to group numbers or conditions.

All Jet Skis can be twin shared at no extra cost, so yes please bring a friend and share the fun!

If you bring a friend you can share the drive on the 1.5hr and 2.5hr tours only.

Please wear comfortable clothing such as swim wear, shorts or t-shirt, singlet or rashie. We recommend sunglasses, however we have $5 pairs here in the office  if you have an expensive pair you do not want to loose.

 

16 years old is the age restriction to drive your own jet ski with parental consent, a 12- 15 year old can drive a jet ski with an over 18 year old on the ski, and there is a height restriction for passengers of 1.25mtrs usually a 7 year old or above is recommended.

We are afraid not, as a commercial operation you must have a guide with you at all times on tour, we do not have the hire only option available.

2 people with a combined weight of no more than 200kgs. This is for passenger comfort and safety.

We have an area where you can leave dry clothes, shoes, hats and bags. We will provide a watertight container so you can take your phone and wallet with you.

We supply life jackets, sunscreen and a water tight container to take belongings on the ski with you.

We highly recommend making a reservation, we operate at set times due to the safety induction requirements. If there is no suitable time available on the website please do give the team a call and we will try to assist you with this.

We do not recommend customers with back, neck or joint injuries to participate in jet skiing. Pregnant women are also not advised to jet ski. If you are unsure of health restrictions that may affect you please call our office and talk to the team.

We will only cancel a tour if the conditions are unsafe, in this instance we will offer a full refund or a re-schedule. Rest assured we watch the radar closely on an hourly basis as safety is our number one priority.

We will operate with only one jet ski booked so no fear of us cancelling your reservation.

The speeds are controlled by the guides and are determined by where we are on the tour. The maximum speed gets up to 30 knots.

Yes we cater for beginners to advanced riders, you will complete a full safety induction and have a practice ride on the water before commencing your tour, we are confident that with our guides vast knowledge and experience we can get anyone jet skiing :-)
